Bill Fox, P.E. – Principal
Bill Fox has supported transportation planning and engineering projects in Colorado for over 30 years. His unique background in transportation engineering and planning has been critical in gaining consensus on transportation plans statewide. Bill is best known for presenting transportation engineering in a non-technical format that is understandable to a wide range of audiences. Bill has been a longstanding member of the NCUTCD Bicycle Technical Committee. He is a graduate of Colorado State University and the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Steve Tuttle, P.E., PTOE – Principal
Steve Tuttle has 18 years of experience across a broad range of private and public sector projects in Colorado. Steve is among a small group of Professional Traffic Operations Engineers (PTOE) that have been working for a decade in Colorado to adapt new livable streets standards into TODs, downtowns and mixed-use developments across the state. Steve has received awards from ITE for his leading edge work with the City of Boulder on Pedestrian Crosswalk Installation Guidelines. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and former US Air Force officer.
Carlos Hernandez is one of the leading transportation planning professionals in Colorado. He blends a background in planning and engineering to help clients implement complete street solutions. Since 1998 he has built a reputation for meaningful public process and community engagement during high visibility transportation planning projects. Carlos frequently works with planning commissions, elected officials, and stakeholders to gain consensus on innovative transportation system investments. Carlos was awarded “2015 Man of the Year” by the Colorado Chapter of WTS International. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Cassie Slade, P.E. – Senior Transportation Engineer
Cassie Slade, P.E. is an accomplished transportation engineer that has worked on high-profile projects across the state of Colorado. She was recognized in 2012 as the “Emerging Leader of the Year” by the Colorado Chapter of the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS). Cassie is well known for her strong technical acumen and collaborative project management skills. She frequently works with public and private sector clients to implement multimodal transportation solutions that reduce traffic congestion and build safer roadways for all travelers. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s Master of Civil Engineering program.
Alicia Zimmerman, P.E., PTOE, LEED AP – Senior Transportation Engineer
Alicia Zimmerman, P.E., PTOE, LEED AP has experience throughout the country in transportation planning, engineering, and construction implementation. Alicia has a diverse background working effectively with public, private, and non-profit clients and projects of all sizes. Her recent efforts have focused on active transportation and complete streets projects ranging from system-level analyses to detailed construction documents. She has a passion for creating and designing vibrant communities that integrate transportation opportunities for all users. She is a graduate of Valparaiso University.
Emily Gross, P.E. – Senior Transportation Engineer
Emily Gross, P.E. has 10 years of experience working on and managing traffic and multimodal transportation studies. Emily is well versed in all aspects of transportation planning and engineering including traffic analysis, parking studies, safety analysis, concept development, and public engagement. She has worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from traffic impact studies to larger subarea and corridor transportation studies. Her recent efforts have focused on projects that balance all modes of transportation and innovative ways to implement pedestrian and bicycle intersection safety improvements. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
Wesley Dismore, P.E. – Transportation Engineer
Wesley Dismore, P.E. is quickly developing a reputation as a collaborative problem solver in the Front Range transportation community.Wesley applies his technical skills and consensus-building abilities to a wide variety of projects, including protected bike lane design, Vision Zero safety analysis, and pedestrian improvements. His experience in the public sector,working with city councils and planning commissions, gives him valuable insight about moving projects forward on time and under budget. Wesley received his Bachelor’s from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and his Master’s from the Sustainable Urban Infrastructure program at UC Denver.
